Our Story
Since 2010, in a warm rural community
Florence Women's Health Services started with the St. Paul Women's Clinic in 2010 in a warm, loving rural community in Alberta.
Dr. Akindele has continued to serve women from there till date. She has delivered almost 2000 babies at the St Therese health care centre since her first one on the 1st of January 2010.
The vision to start Florence Women's Health Services was as a result of the desire to reach out to more women and find ways to make women feel comfortable in an increasingly complex medical environment. Women are asking for services 'outside the box' of what a traditional clinic provides. So we decided to add other services hoping to help attend to more of women's needs.
